The Ojai Valley Inn has a light-filled gym that’s very adequate for your standard resort fair of cardio, with solid strength equipment for back, chest and upper body. It’s somewhat lacking on lower body equipment, so get legs day in before you arrive.

Gentle morning yoga and meditation is on offer for early risers.
